经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入术的临床应用

目的分析经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入术在冠心病的临床应用价值和安全性。方法2004年4月～2005年8月，89例患者疑似冠心病接受经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入术。结果82例患者成功接受经桡动脉穿刺行冠状动脉介入术，成功率92．1％，过程顺利，无冠脉开口损伤、穿刺口血肿和肌间血肿，无严重并发症发生。结论经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入术临床效果好，成功率高，且并发症少，是一种安全、有效的冠状动脉介入检查和治疗方法。

Clinical application of coronary intervention by radial artery path in management of coronary artery disease

Objective To evaluate the clinical value and safety of the intervention by the radial artery path in the management of the coronary artery disease.Methods From April 2004 to August 2006,89 patients received the coronary intervention by radial artery path for their coronary artery disease.Results Of 89 patients,82 received successfully the intervention and the success rate was 92.1%.No grave complication occurred.Conclusion The coronary intervention by the radial artery path is a very good,easy path and high compliance with high success rate,less grave complication.
