| 摘 要： | 目的调查某三甲医院2006~2008年住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,以促进抗菌药物合理应用。方法随机抽查该医院2006~2008年住院患者病历每年各120份,其中手术和非手术病历每年各60份,调查抗菌药物使用率及药物使用排序,围术期预防用药使用情况,联合用药情况,病原学检查及药敏实验情况,并依照《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》进行简单评价。结果该院抗菌药物使用率高,围术期预防用药率100%,非手术患者抗菌药物平均使用率为70%;病原学送检率及药敏试验率低,围术期预防用药药物选择及给药不规范,联合用药存在一定不合理现象。结论该三甲医院抗菌药物的使用存在一定问题,尚需严格规范。
