摘    要:目的:探讨CAMs与子宫内膜异位症发病的关系。方法采用光镜、免疫组织化学技术和对EM的在子宫内膜和卵巢异位子宫内膜各17例、子宫内膜腺癌6例、对照组子宫内膜20例分别进行了病理组织学观察和E-cadherin、CD44表达的检测。结果EM的在位子宫内膜和卵巢异位子宫内膜上皮细胞和内膜腺癌E-cadherin表达均显著你于对照组;EM的卵巢异位子宫内膜上皮细胞的内膜腺癌CD44表达较对照组显著增高,

Abstract:Objective:To explore the relation of endometriosis with cell adhesion melecules. Methods:The histopathological changs and the ex- pressions of E - cadherin, CD44, were determined and observed with immunohistochemiscal technic and light- microscopy in 17 cases of eutopic en- dometrium with endometriosis, 17 cases of ovanan ectopic endometrium, 6 cases of ovarian adenocarcinama of endomatvitrium and 20 cases of non - endometriosis and non - tumurous endometrial tissue was used as control. Results: E- cadherin expression in eutopic endometrium with en- dometriosis, ovanian ectopic endometrium with endometriosis and uterine endometrial adenocarinoma was markedly lower than that in control group, of which there was significant difference between ectopic endometrium group and control group. CD44 expression on ovarian ectopic cndometrium and uterine endometrial adenocarcinama was significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion: Occurrence of endometriosis maybe related to abnormal expression of multiple factors such as CAMs and so on. Determination of these factors can provide a new way for diagnosing and preventing endometriosis.
