文拉法辛与氟西汀治疗迟滞性抑郁症32例对照研究

目的探讨文拉法辛对迟滞性抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法将64例患者随机分为两组,各32例,分别给予文拉法辛和氟西汀治疗8周,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和反应量表(TESS)分别于治疗前、治疗后1、2、4、8周末评定疗效和不良反应情况。结果治疗8周后,文拉法辛组的有效率和显效率分别为90.6%和68.8%,而氟西汀组相应为87.5%和56.3%,两组HAMD评分较治疗前均有明显下降(P<0.01),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在治疗的前2周,前者HAMD总分明显低于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗阻滞症状方面,文拉法辛优于氟西汀。两组间不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论文拉法辛治疗迟滞性抑郁症疗效好,起效快,安全性高。

A controlled study of venlafaxine and fluoxetine for retarded depression in 32 cases

Objective To explore the effect and safety of venlafaxine in the treatment of retarded depression.Methods Sixty-four inpatients and outpatients with retarded depression were involved in this study,they were randomly assigned to venlafaxine group(32 cases) and fluoxetine group(32 cases) for 8 weeks.The effects and side effects were evaluated with Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD) and the treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) before and 1,2,4,8 weeks after the treatment.Results The rate of efficiency and excellence of two drugs were 90.6% and 68.8% for venlafaxine group,87.5% and 56.3% for fluoxetine group after 8 weeks respeetively.The score of HAMD reduced significantly after treatment in each group(P<0.01),with markedly lower score of HAMD in venlafaxine group 1,2 weeks after treatment as compared with that in fluoxetine group(both P<0.05).In treating retardation symptom,venlafaxine was superior to fluoxetine(P<0.05).No significant difference in side effects was found between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Venlafaxine is a safe and effective antidepressant in treating retarded depression,with a rapid onset of action.
