摘    要:本文报道了用薄层层析(TLC)分离,分光光度法测定红参(包括提取物及其制剂)的总皂甙含量,有效地控制了药品质量,其回收率分别为99.2±3.08%和98.70±3.43%,本法需样量小,简便易行,重现性好。

Abstract:Ginseng, the root of panax ginseng C.A. Mey, is an important component in many TCM preparations for emergency treatrment and tonic. Saponins are considered the active constituents in ginseng. Therefore, determining its contents can effectively control medicinal quality and contuct production procedures. This paper presented the method of determing the total saponins in ginseng (extract and shengmai injection) The total saponins were separated by TLC and were determined by spectrophotometer. The rate of recovery from ginseng oxhact was 99.2 + 3.08%, and that of shengmai injection was 98.70?.43%. This method is simple, rapid and reproducible.
