臀肌挛缩症与2%苯甲醇注射药物因素关系的探讨

该病在重庆地区较常见。我院1986年5月～1996年1月共收治本病389例,其中男240例,女149例。年龄3岁10个月～25岁,双侧386例,单侧3例。本组389例中有378例在注射青霉素中曾加有2％苯甲醇注射液以减轻局部疼痛(97.17％)。本组对臀肌挛缩症与2％苯甲醇药物因素关系进行了探讨,指出反复多次注射2％苯甲醇青霉素溶液是该病的主要因素;笔者认为2％苯甲醇注射药物也是本病最危险的因子,相信如果不使用该药物,将来肌肉挛缩的发生率会大大下降。

Research on contracture of the gluteal muscles with ingection drug diluted by 2% Benzyl alcohol

Abstract: This disease is common in Chongqing. Since May. 1986 -Jan. 1996,389 cases,240 males and 149 females with age between 3 and 25 years were operated upon for the abductino of the hip due to gluteal muscle contracture. Bilateral involvement occurred in 386 cases,unilateral involvement occurred in 3 cases. 378 cases of them used penicilin diluted by 2% Benzyl alcohol repeated multiple1 intramuscular injections in the gluteal region in order to ahleviate a patients svffering (97.175). In this article Research on contracture of the glvteal muscles with ingection drug diluted by 2% Benzyl alcohol are discussed. The authors point out that repeated multiple intramucular injections penicilin diluted by 2% Benzyl alcohol in the gluteal region must be the chief causative factor of the condition. We think peniclln diluted by 2% Benzyl alcosol may be the most dangerous causalive of this descase. We firmly belve that it is possible to redue the incidence of muscular contracture in fe-ture,if we do not 2% Benzyl alcohol.
