不同年龄组健康者三叉神经体感诱发电位比较与分析

目的通过对150例(150侧)健康受试者三叉神经体感诱发电位(TSEP)进行比较与分析,探讨年龄对健康者TSEP的影响。方法采用丹麦产DISA-2000M双信道神经肌电图仪,将150例(150侧)健康受试者按年龄分为青年组(<36岁)、中年组(36～59岁)和老年组(>59岁),每组50例,电刺激三叉神经中下颌神经的分支颏神经,记录TSEP相关数据,进行统计学分析。结果颏神经刺激TSEP中年组与青年组比较,P3潜伏期延长,N1P2、P2N2、N2P3波幅升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);老年组与青年组比较,N2、P3潜伏期延长,P2N2波幅升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);老年组与中年组比较,P4潜伏期延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论各年龄组TSEP潜伏期及波幅存在差异,随年龄增长潜伏期延长,波幅升高。临床工作中判读TSEP结果,应充分考虑到年龄的影响,结合临床症状综合分析,明确三叉神经病变。

Study of trigeminal somatosensory evoked potential among different age groups

Objective To explore characteristic and clinical significance of trigeminal somatosensory evoked potential(TSEP) and the effects of age on TSEP in 150 normal people.Methods The TSEP were recorded in 150 normal people,divided into three groups(n=50):young(≤35 years) group,mid-aged(36-59 years) group,and old-aged(≥60 years) group.One side of the mental nerve was stimulated,and the data was recorded and analyzed.Results Compared with that of young group,P3 of the mid-aged group significantly prolonged,and N1P2,P2N2,and N2P3 significantly elevated.N2 and P3 of the old-aged group obviously prolonged,and P2N2 obviously elevated.Compared with that of mid-aged group,P4 of the old-aged group significantly prolonged.Conclusion The TSEP of each group has difference.Increasing with age,latency prolongs and amplitude elevates.In clinic,we should have a comprehensive analysis according to the patient′s age to determine whether trigeminal nerve has lesions.
