旋入自锁髓内钉与常规手术治疗胫骨干骨折疗效比较

目的 探讨旋入式自锁髓内钉与加压钢板,单臂外固定支架及交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折临床效果,寻求治疗胫骨干骨折最佳固定方法.方法 2005年6月至2008年6月手术治疗各型胫骨干骨折136例,对手术中、术后多项指标进行比较.结果 所有病例随访8～18个月,平均10.5个月,所有病例经影像学检查证实,骨性愈合者132例,4例骨不连经再次手术愈合;胫前皮肤坏死11例,针道感染2例,废用性肌萎缩6例.结论 旋入式自锁髓内钉手术操作简单,有术中出血少、创伤小、固定可靠、并发症少等优点,是临床治疗胫骨干骨折的有效方法.
