下呼吸道感染病原菌分布及药敏分析

目的 探讨下呼吸道感染患者的病原菌种类分布及其耐药性,以协助临床合理应用抗菌药物.方法 以回顾性方法分析从2007年9月至2008年9月本院下呼吸道感染患者痰标本分离出的病原菌及耐药情况.结果 革兰阴性杆菌占56.5%,革兰阳性球菌为27.8%,真菌为15.7% .检出率最高的病原菌是铜绿假单胞菌,其次是大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌和嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌,耐药性分析结果显示,葡萄球菌属未发现万古霉素耐药株,但对其他多种抗菌药物耐药;革兰阴性杆菌大多对氨苄西林耐药率较高,对碳青酶烯类耐药率最低,铜绿假单胞菌和嗜麦芽窄食假单胞菌对大部分抗菌药物耐药.结论 下呼吸道感染,革兰阴性杆菌为主,且以条件致病菌为主.真菌占一定比例,耐药率不断提高,加强耐药性监测,合理应用抗菌药物十分重要.

Pathogens distribution and drug resistance in lower respiratory tract infection
