高温固化瘤苗在高压氧环境下抗肿瘤免疫的动物实验研究

目的探讨高温固化瘤苗在高压氧环境下诱发的抗肿瘤效应.方法随机分为常压瘤苗组、高压氧瘤苗组和对照组,采用高温固化瘤苗免疫对小鼠进行动物实验,通过TCR-STV-MHC三分子复合体实验,观察其在体外诱导淋巴细胞杀伤活性;通过免疫预防接种和免疫治疗荷瘤实验,观察其在小鼠体内诱发的抗瘤效应.结果高压氧瘤苗组对肿瘤细胞杀伤活性达90.56%,常压瘤苗组对肿瘤细胞杀伤活性达75.90%,而对照组对肿瘤细胞杀伤活性为25.80%.用其免疫小鼠可使小鼠获得对随后接种同源细胞攻击,有免疫保护作用,并产生免疫记忆;高压氧瘤苗组抑瘤率为92.63,常压瘤苗组抑瘤率为82.11%.对照组抑瘤率为00.00%.结论高压氧结合高温固化瘤苗能显著地提高激活宿主免疫系统,抑制肿瘤生长,有望成为一种新的、安全的、疗效好及毒副作用低绿色治疗方法.

The animal experimentation studies on anti-tumour immunotherapy of megatemperature solidification tumour vaccine on hyperbaric oxygen circumstance

Objective The discussion high temperature solidification tumour vaccine the anti-tumor effect which induces under the high pressure oxygen (HBO )environment.Methods The mouse involved in TCR-STV-MHC termolecular complex test were randomized into normal pressure tumour vaccine group, high pressure oxygen tumour vaccine group,control group.To observe it inducing lymphocyte killing activeness in vitro.Immunoprophylactic inoculation and bearing cancer immunotherapy were used to observe the evoked anti-cancer effects in mouse. Results The high pressure oxygen tumour vaccine group reaches 90.56% to the tumor cell killing activeness. The normal pressure tumour vaccine group reaches 75.90% to the tumor cell killing activeness.The control group reaches 25.80% to the tumor cell killing activeness. The immunized mouse get the immunological memory of immunoprotection to the aggression afterwards from the same vaccinated cells. The high pressure oxygen tumour vaccine group tumor control rate is 92.63%. The normal pressure tumour vaccine group tumor control rate is 82.11%.The control group tumor control rate is 00.00%.Conclusion The HBO high temperature solidification umour vaccine can remarkably enhance the activation of host immunity,and restrain cancer proliferation.It is a hope to get a new, safest, curative effective and Non-toxic side effect green method of cancer treatment.
