| 摘 要： | 目的观察基础治疗联合牙周维护对慢性牙周炎的治疗作用。方法 49例患者中基础治疗后未接受维护治疗者21名(未维护治疗组),完成基础治疗后接受维护治疗者28名(维护治疗组)。记录并分析初诊和复诊时各项临床指标,包括缺失牙数、探诊牙周袋浓度深度(PD)、牙龈出血指数(BI)和牙周附着水平。结果维护治疗组缺失牙数少于未维护治疗组。两组患者复诊时BI、PD情况优于初诊时(P<0.05);维护治疗组BI、PD情况优于未维护治疗组(P<0.05)。两组患者复诊时牙周附着水平优于初诊时(P<0.05)。结论基础治疗联合牙周维护治疗对慢性牙周炎的治疗作用优于单纯基础治疗。
