5·12汶川特大地震后医院感染控制应急模式探讨

目的 通过对5·12特大地震之后绵阳市中心医院医院感染控制工作情况的总结,探讨灾后医院感染工作的应急模式.方法 采用回顾式定性研究为主、辅以定量分析的方法(定量资料的统计分析采用SAS8.2处理).结果 围绕灾后控制医院感染暴发核心内容,在13个方面开展工作并结合实际创新,医院感染发病率比灾前显著降低(P<0.05).结论 阻止了医院感染的暴发,在大灾考验下,建立了一套灾后医院感染控制应急工作模式,医院感染控制工作质量取得质的飞跃.

Emergency mode of hospital infection control after 5·12 Wenchuan catastrophic earthquake

Objective To a nalyze the hospital infection controlling after the catastrophic earthquake in wenchuan catastrohic earthquake(MCH),and to discuss the mode for hospital infection controlling in emergency.Methods Both qualitative and quantitative methods were retrospectively used(the statistical analysis of quantitative data using SAS8.2 treatment).Results There was an obvious decrease in the incidence of hospital infection after taking 13 new methods in our practical work(P<0.05).Conclusion The disaster emergency hospital infection control mode has been setup and the outbreak of hospital infection is prevented,the quality of the work has been made a qualitative leap.
