| 摘 要： | 目的比较汉防抑制甲素与激素对瘢痕成纤维细胞增殖作用的差异，为汉防抑制甲素应用于临床提供依据。方法利用瘢痕成纤维细胞体外培养模型，采用MTT记数、流式细胞仪记数厦HE染色法，比较并分析了汉防抑制甲素与激素对瘢痕成纤维细胞增殖活力的影响。结果同在IC50时，两者对瘢痕成纤维细胞的抑制作用相似。均可使生长曲线压低，群体倍增时间延长，G2-M期细胞明显增多厦时相时间明显延长，此外汉防抑制甲素还可使S期明显延长。结论汉防抑制甲素具有与糖皮质激素相似的抑制瘢痕成纤维细胞增殖的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effects of tetrandrine and triamcinolone on fibroblasts derived from human scar in vitro so as to apply tetrandrine in clinic.Methods Using the cultured fibroblasts derived from human hypertrophic scars as model,the effect of tetrandrine on fibroblasts was compared with that of triamcinolone by MTT reduction assay,flow cytometry after propidium iodide staining and HE staining.Results The effect of tetrandrine on fibroblasts,growth curve descent,TD prolonging,cell of G_2-M period manifolding and G_2-M period prolonging,was similar to that of triamcinolone.Conclusion The inhibiting effect of tetrandrine on fibroblasts proliferation derived from human scar was similar to that of triamcinolone. |
