| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨侧卧位、小切口、小开窗手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 选择符合纳入标准的232例患者,进行侧卧位、小切口、小开窗手术治疗,并按照改良MacNab 法对所有纳入病例进行术后疗效评价,随访6个月至3年.结果 显效:94例(40.5%),有效127例(54.7%),总有效率为95.3%;208例患者得到随访,腰腿及下肢疼痛复发24例(11.5%).结论 侧卧位、小切口、小开窗手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,远期疗效较好.
