| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨白班、夜班值班护士人数不同对重型颅脑损伤患者急救效果的影响,为神经外科制定提高重型颅脑损伤患者急救质量的对策提供有效理论依据.方法 随机抽取2008年3月至2009年3月白班与夜班分别收治的50例重型颅脑损伤患者,作为实验组和对照组进行组间比较,对研究结果 进行统计学分析.结果 白班与夜班护士只有数量上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在年龄、学历、工龄方面无统计学意义(P>0.05).实验组与对照组患者在GCS评分、ISS伤情评分方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).实验组患者家属满意度、医嘱处理满意率、护理记录及时完善率高于对照组;对照组患者入院抢救时间、入院抢救费用;脑疝、癫痫、压疮、肺部感染并发症的发生率高于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 值班护士人数充足,明显提高重型颅脑损伤急救的质量. |
