| 摘 要： | 目的了解男男性接触者(MSM)分布特点,初步掌握其艾滋病、性病流行情况及其影响因素。方法抽样调查了MSM 405人,了解其艾滋病相关情况,并抽血做HIV与梅毒血清学检测。结果通过乘数法估计出MSM 31 822人,其艾滋病知识知晓率为40.0%(UNGASS指标),HIV阳性检出率达到15.1%,梅毒为9.9%。结论MSM对于艾滋病防治知识的知晓情况较好,但其高危行为却较为普遍,认识与行为分离,安全套使用率较低(51.3%),MSM人群的HIV感染形势较为严峻。
