上、下颌第一恒磨牙近中根纵裂73例分析

目的：探讨第一恒磨牙近中根纵裂的病因、诊断、治疗和预防。方法：对73例上、下颌第一恒磨牙近中根纵裂病例的临床资料进行分析。结果：所有患牙均有不同程度的松动、深牙周袋形成和牙槽骨吸收 ；绝大多数患牙为活髓牙（96％），牙体完整无龋；咬合创伤是较常见的诱因，占66％。结论：临床上如发现第一恒磨牙疼痛明显、牙体完整无龋，有牙齿松动、深牙周袋及咬合创伤史，应高度怀疑近中根纵裂的可能，拍X-ray牙片可明确诊断；为了避免近中根纵裂的发生，对于松动的第一恒磨牙，应以预防性治疗为主。

Analysis of vertical medial root fracture of the first molar

Objective To explore the cause,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of the spontaneously vertical medial root fracture of the first molar. Methods Clinical materials of 73cases of spontaneous medial root fracture of the first molar were analysed. Results 96% of all teeth were cariesless,pulp lifely teeth.There was periodontal disease in each of 73cases.Occlusive trauma (66%) was an important factor of vertical medial root fracture. Conclusion The prevention of vertical root fracture of the first molar is easier and more important than the treatment.
