老年肺炎294例临床分析

目的探讨老年肺炎发病情况及临床特点。方法对294例老年肺炎的临床症状、实验室检查及治疗转归进行回顾性分析。结果老年肺炎发热、胸痛少，但精神神经症状、消化道症状、气促明显增加，白细胞计数和嗜中性粒细胞分类不高。本组死亡29例（9．9％）。结论老年肺炎临床表现不典型，治愈率低，死亡率高。当出现原因不明的气促、乏力、意识障碍及咳嗽时，应警惕肺炎的可能，尽早明确诊断及时治疗。

Clinical analysis of 294 aged patients with pneumonia

Obejctive To explore the incidence and clinical features of aged patients with pneumonia.Methods Clinical symptoms,laboratory examinations and therapy effect of pneumonia in 294 aged patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results Fever and chest pain in aged patients with pneumonia were less,but the symptoms of nervous,digestive tract and shortness of breath were obvious increased.White blood cell count and neutrophil differntial count were not high.Twenty-nine of 294 cases died(9.9%).Conclusion The clinical characters of peumonia in aged patients are atypical,and the cure rate is low but the mortality rate is high,when there are shorlness of breath,weakness,disturbance of consciousness and cough,the possibility of pneumoinia should be thought of and the diagnosis and therapy should be followed as soon as possible.
