选择性股内侧肌电刺激治疗髌骨软化症的疗效分析

采用选择性股内侧肌电刺激方法治疗了３６４例髌骨软化症患者。通过对其中２１１例随访结果表明，选择性股内侧肌电刺激能够明显改善ＣＡ角（ｃｏｎｇｒｕｅｎｃｅａｎｇｌｅ）（Ｐ＜０．０１），显著地改善ＬＰＡ角（ｌｅｔｅｒａｌｐａｔｅｌｌｏｆｅｍｏｒａｌａｎｇｌｅ）（Ｐ＜０．００１），对临床症状缓解的有效率达９５％，从而为髌骨软化症的非手术治疗提供了一个有效的方法。

Selective Training of the Vastus Medialis Muscle Using Electrical Stimulator for Chondromalacia Patella

Chondromalaica patella is closely related with subluxation and tilt of patella, as well as with muscular atrophy of quadriceps,especially in vastus medialis muscle. 364 cases ofchondromalacia patella were treated with selective training of the vastus medialis muscle us-ing electrical stimulator in our hospital.211 cases were followed up after treatment from 6months to 3 years,Among them excellent and good results were seen in 130 cases(62%),fair results were seen in 69 cases(33%)and no change was seen in 12 cases(5%).Signifi-cant reduction of CA(P<0.01)and LPA(P<0.001)were observed in all these patients incomparison with their primary angle. We believe that the selective training of the vastus me-dialis muscle using electrical stimulator is one of the effective methods for the treatment ofchondromalacia patella.
