雷藤氯内酯醇对围产期小鼠内脏器官及其胎鼠的影响

给围产期昆明鼠喂服０．６及０，３ｍｇ·ｋｇ~（－１）／ｄ的雷藤氯内酯醇（Ｔ４），可导致部分母鼠产后泌乳减少，仔鼠缺奶死亡；引起母鼠肝脏线粒体损伤，琥珀酸脱氢酶（ＳＤＨ）活性分布改变，糖原合成减少，肝细胞空泡变性；肾脏小管细胞空泡变性；但不引起心脏、脾脏的病理改变。另于雌鼠怀孕第５天喂服Ｔ_４，于孕第１７天取材，用药组吸收胎及死胎未见高于对照组，亦未发现明显的宫内发育畸形。本实验说明Ｔ_４确是一种对胚胎毒性小的药物。

Effect of the T_4 on the Viscera and Embryo of Perinatd Mice

Female Kun Ming mice of perinatal stage(from the l 5th day of pregnacy to the 21thday after birth)were fed with Tritcholorolide(T4)isolated from multiglycosides of Triptery-gium wilfordii(GTW)at a doze of 0.6mg/kg for group l or 0.3mg/kg for group 2 per dayfor 4 weeks. Lactation was decreased in some females and some Fl off spring died.The suc-cinic dehydrogenase(SDH)activity of the mice liver were increased due to the destruction ofits mitocondian. Liver cells degenerated and glycogen decreased.Distal tubules of kidney de-generated.Heart and spleen were normal.T4 was also fed to l0 female mice from the 5th to17th day of pregnacy. However,neither the absorbed fetus nor dead fetus increased.
