细菌耐药性与新抗菌药物的研究

摘    要:伴随着抗生素的广泛使用,耐药及多药耐药细菌已经严重威胁了人类的健康.针对细菌产生耐药的各种机制,筛选和研制新型抗耐药细菌药物是战胜细菌耐药性的重要途径.同时,应重视和加强新药研制相关基础研究和微生物药物的筛选,加速开发创新药物,应对不断出现的新病原体和新耐药细菌带来的挑战.

Abstract:Drug-resistant (including multidrug-resistant) bacteria increase continuously with the wide use of antibiotics, which have seriously threatened the human health. It is an important way to fight against drug-resistance by screening and developing novel drugs based on the various mechanisms of the bacterial drug tolerances. Meanwhile, the basic research related to the new drug R. & D. and studies on the new screening methods for the antimicrobial agents should be taken seriously and strengthened, so as to accelerate the process of finding new drugs and meet the challenge of new pathogens and new drug-resistant strains.
