| 摘 要： | BR55是以血管内皮生长因子受体2为靶点的靶向超声造影剂,可用于检测肿瘤新生血管形成提高诊断准确率。国外已有学者应用BR55进行人体超声分子成像,并显示出良好的安全性和耐受性。本文从BR55组成及特性、动物实验及临床应用等方面对BR55在评估肿瘤新生血管的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | BR55 is an ultrasound contrast agent targeting vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2,which can be used to detect tumor neovascularization and improve the diagnostic accuracy.Overseas researchers have used BR55 for human ultrasound molecular imaging,which showed good safety and tolerance.We reviewed the research progress on BR55 applied in the evaluation of tumor neovascularization from the composition,characteristics,animal experiments,and clinical studies of BR55. |
