| 摘 要： | 目的 研究体重在女性儿童青少年青春发育过程中的作用及可能的机制.方法 采用横断面调查和纵向随访结合的方式,对288名5～16岁健康女性儿童青少年进行连续4年的随访,观察第2性征发育、身高、体重、体脂比例,测定血瘦素和胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平,分析青春发育始动和月经初潮的影响因素.结果 女性儿童青少年血瘦素水平从13岁开始显著增加,至16岁达峰值;IGF-1与青春发育始动年龄相关;体重指数和体脂比例对青春发育始动无显著影响,但与月经初潮年龄呈负相关.结论 体重可能参与了青少年女性月经初潮的发生.
