地黄性状的比较与相关分析

目的对地黄不同品种的外观性状进行描述。对经济、产量和质量性状进行比较和相关分析。方法 各性状比较采用田间随机区组试验并结合方差分析。梓醇含量的测定用高压液相色谱法。结果 方差分析结果表明,地黄不同品种之间株幅的F=15.4(F0.01=5.54),叶片长度F=12.2。叶片宽度F=13.35,单株产量F=55.7,梓醇含量F=8.03。单株产量与叶片长度的相关系数r=0.9639。与叶片宽度的相关系数r=0.9073,与块根数的相关系数r=0.7060。与地上部鲜重的相关系数r=0.9950。梓醇含量与株幅的相关系数r=0.9169。与叶片长度的相关系数r=0.7046,与叶片宽度的相关系数r=0.7159。结论 地黄不同品种间株幅,叶片长度,叶片宽度,单株产量和梓醇含理都有显著差异。单株产量与地上部鲜重,叶片长度,叶片宽度和块根数呈显著正相关,梓醇含量与株幅、叶片长度,叶片宽度呈显著正相关。

Comparison and correlative analysis on characters of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. Varieties

Objective To compare the economical characters,yield characters and content of catalpol on Reh mannia glutinosa Libosch.varieties.Methods To study characters by field randomized block test and analysis of variance.To analyse the content of catalpol by HPLC.Results The results by analysis of variance were that the F value in plant width was15.4(F 0.01 =5.54),the F value in len gth of leaves wa s12.2,the F value in width of leaves was13.35,the F value in yield of single plant was55.7and the F value in content of catalpol was8.03.The results by correlative analysis were that the linear correlation coefficient of signal plant yield with length of leaves was0.9639,with width of leaves was0.9073,with amount of earthnuts was0.7060and with plant fresh weight was0.9950.The linear correlation coefficient of content of catalpol with plant width was0.9169,with length of leaves was0.7046and with width of leaves was0.7159.Conclusion There were significant differences in plant width,length of leaves width of leaves,and yield of single plant and content of catalpol of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.varieties.There were significantly positive correlations in signal plant yield with plant fresh weight,length of leaves,width of leaves and amo un t of earthnuts.There were significantly positive correlations in content of catalpol with plant width,len gth of leaves and width of leaves.
