| 摘 要： | 采用前路病灶清除、植骨、Luque或Dick技术后路内固定法治疗18例脊柱结核，获得满意效果。术后患者能早期离床活动，随诊1～5年，无1例复发和形成后突畸形。

| Abstract: | We have applied debridement with grafting and internal fixation techniques (includingLuque and Dick procedures) in the treatment of tuberculosis of the spine in the past fewyears. Analysis of 18 patients showed good prognosis after the Luque or Dick procedure.The patients are able to walk around within a few days after operation. One to five years offollow-up showed no recurrence or kyphotic deformity. |
