| 摘 要： | 目的探讨测量视网膜中央动脉血流速度对甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)的临床应用价值.方法对30例(60只眼)TAO患者及30例(60只眼)无任何甲状腺疾患及眼部异常体征的正常人,采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测量视网膜中央动脉收缩期峰值血流速度、舒张末期血流速度及阻力指数,并进行统计学处理.结果TAO患者视网膜中央动脉收缩期峰值血流速度、舒张末期血流速度较正常对照组低(P＜0.001),阻力指数增加(P＜0.001).结论彩色多普勒测量视网膜中央动脉血流速度可简便实用地评价TAO患者视网膜中央动脉的血流动力学状况.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical values of measurement of blood flow velocity in central retinal artery in thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy (TAO). Methods Thirty normal subjects without any thyroid disorders or any eye abnormalities were assigned into the control group, and 30 TAO patients were assigned into the TAO group. Color Doppler ultrasonography was done to measure the blood flow velocity in central retinal artery. Measurement results were compared between these two groups. Results The peak systolic velocity and end diastolic velocity of blood flow were significantly lower in TAO group (P < 0.001), while the resistance index significantly increased (P < 0.001). Conclusion Measurement of blood flow velocity in central retinal artery with Color Doppler ultrasonography is an easy and useful way to appraise the hemody-namics of the central retinal artery in TAO patients. |
