微螺钉种植体支抗即刻加载的动物实验研究

摘    要:目的 研究微螺钉支抗种植体即刻负载的稳定性. 方法 以两只绵羊作为实验动物,分别于两侧下颌骨各植入4枚微螺钉种植体,共计16枚,随机选择一侧即刻加力200 g为实验组,对侧不加力为对照组,通过测量种植钉-骨界面的剪切力,评价即刻负载对支抗种植钉稳定性的影响. 结果 实验组种植体的剪切力平均137.53 N,对照组种植体的平均161.48N,两组剪切力值无统计学差异(P>0.05).检测中随着载荷的增加种植体颈部出现不同程度的弯曲. 结论 良好的初始稳定性前提下适当力值的即刻加载不会影响种植体的稳定,可以满足正畸要求.
