| 摘 要： | 在1660份HBsAg阳性血清中,112份血清检出抗-HBs(6.75％),HBsAg与抗-HBs同时阳性的血清中,49.1％HBeAg阳性,46％HBV-DNA阳性,提示此种血清近半数具有传染性。对36例HBsAg与抗-HBs同时阳性的慢性HBV感染者进行为期2～30月的随访观察,72％病例抗-HBs仅短暂出现,无一例HBsAg转阴,表明慢性HBV感染患者出现此血清学模式并非预示HBV行将消除。

| Abstract: | In 112 serums With anti-HBs (6.75%) out of 1660 serums with positive HBsAg, HBeAg was found positive (49.1%) , HBV-DNA positive (46%). The results show that less that 50% of these serums is infectious. The follow-up was made in 36 patients with positive HBsAg and anti-HBs. from two thirty months.75% patients are found to have anti-HBs for a short period of time. In their serums HBsAg did not turn negative. This indicates that the patients infected by HBV have the serologic pattern mentioned above and that HBV will not soon disppear in their serums. |
