多囊平胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征的实验研究

目的 探讨中药多囊平胶囊对(DNP)多囊卵巢(PCO)大鼠的治疗作用及作用机制。方法 运用放免法测定多囊平治疗前后血睾酮(testosterone，T)、胰岛素(insulin，INS)、口服糖耐量实验(0GTT)中胰岛素曲线下面积及血瘦索(leptin)水平的变化；连续阴道涂片观察各组大鼠排卵情况的变化。结果 多囊平胶囊使PCO大鼠血T、leptin均明显下降，并且OGTT实验中曲线下面积减小。用药后大鼠体重明显降低。经治疗PCO多囊平组3只大鼠恢复排卵。结论 多囊平胶囊可用于临床治疗高雄激素血症。说明在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)高雄激素形成中除INS作用外尚有其他关键因索作用。多囊平在中枢及外周协调发挥作用调整能量失衡和性腺功能，进一步体现了中医药的整体治疗作用。

Treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with duonangping capsule in rats

Objective To investigate the effects of duonangping (DNP) on rats with polycystic ovary and to explore the possible mechanism. Methods The levels of serum testosterone,insulin, and leptin were detected by radioimmunoassay, and the total areas under insulin tolerance curves were calculated.Vaginal smears were daily made to evaluate individual ovulation changes. Results The levels of of serum testosterone and leptin decreased obviously in DNP-recieved rats with PCO.The total areas under insulin tolerance curves in PCO rats were significantly higer than those in combined treatment rats, and the rat weight all reduced. Conclusion DNP capsule can decrease the level of serum testostrone , so it can be used to treat the hyperandrogenism.DNP has also some important roles in PCOS besides the action of insulin.
