| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨CD44v6和组织蛋白酶D(Cath D)表达与子宫内膜腺癌侵袭和转移的关系。方法 应用免疫组化方法 ,对5 0例原发性子宫内膜腺癌组织进行了CD44v6和Cath D检测。结果 CD44v6和Cath D在子宫内膜腺癌中阳性率分别为70 .0 %和 6 4.0 %。CD44v6和Cath D表达与子宫内膜腺癌的分级和分期相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 CD44v6和Cath D表达可作为判断子宫内膜腺癌的恶性程度、预测侵袭转移和评估预后的客观指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate relationshipbetween expression of CD44v6 and cathepsin D(Cath-D) and progression and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods The expression of CD44v6 and Cath-Din 50 cases of endometral adenocarcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive rates of CD44v6 and Cath-D were 70.0% and 64.0% respectively.The expression of CD44v6 and Cath-D was correlated to the histologic grading and clinical staging of endometrial adenocarcinoma (P<0.05).Conclusion These findings demonstrate that the positive expression of CD44v6 and Cath-D in endometrial adenocarcinoma might be a useful marker to evaluate the degree of malignancy and biological behavior.It could also predict the prognosis of patients. |
