郧阳医学院大学生蠕型螨感染调查及相关因素分析

目的 探讨蠕型螨感染与集体生活、卫生习惯及痤疮、酒渣鼻等面部疾病的关系.方法 采用透明胶带粘贴过夜法和挤粘结合法对729名大学生进行蠕形螨检查,同时对个人卫生习惯、皮肤类型及面部疾患等相关因素问卷调查.结果 在校大学生蠕形螨总感染率为25.2%,男生(25.6%)略高于女生(24.9%),无显著性差异(P＞0.05);毛囊蠕形螨面部感染率高于皮脂蠕形螨,差异有显著性(P＜0.01);洗刷用品个人专用可降低蠕形螨感染率(P＜0.01);油性皮肤或混合型皮肤及患酒渣鼻、痤疮等面部疾患的感染率均高.结论 蠕形螨感染与个人卫生习惯、皮肤类型密切相关;蠕形螨是痤疮、酒渣鼻的发病因素之一.

Investigation on Demodex infection in students of Yunyang Medical College and its relative factors

Objective To investigate the relationship between Demodex infection and individual hygienic habits and the facial skin diseases(such as acne and rosacea).Methods Demodex folliculorum and D.brevis were detected by cellophane tape method and squeezing method in 729 medical students.Health habits and skin types of the students were investigated by questionnaire.Results The total infection rate was 25.2%,but there was no significant difference between male(25.6%) and female(24.9%).The infection rate of D.folliculorum was higher than that of D.brevis(P<0.01).Washing face frequently could reduce the infection(P<0.01).The individual facecloth and washbasin could decrease the incidence(P<0.01).The students of oily and mixed skin had higher infection rate and are more susceptible to acne and rosacea.Infection of D.folliculorum was a pathogenic factor for dermatosis(acne or rosacea).Conclusion Individual hygienic habits and the type of skin have direct relationship with infection of Demodex.The infestation of Demodex is one of etiological factors of acne and rosacea.
