| 摘 要： | 目的 观察胃癌中C-erbB-2的表达情况及其与患者年龄、性别、分化程度、淋巴结转移及预后的关系,探讨C-erbB-2在胃癌中表达的临床病理学意义.方法 采用免疫组化SP法测定75例胃癌组织中C-erbB-2的表达.结果 淋巴结转移组的C-erbB-2阳性率高于非转移组(P＜0.05);C-erbB-2阴性组患者的预后优于C-erbB-2阳性组(P＜0.01);胃癌组织中C-erbB-2表达与肿瘤分化程度及患者的性别、年龄无关.结论 胃癌组织中C-erbB-2表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移有关,并可作为胃癌预后的判断指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression of C-erbB-2 protein in gastric carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis.Methods The expression of C-erbB-2 protein in 75 cases of gastric carcinoma was assessed by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive rate of C-erbB-2 in cases of lymph node metastases was significantly higher than those without lymph node metastases(P<0.05).The survival rate in C-erbB-2-positive cases was significantly lower than in C-erbB-2-negative cases(P<0.01).The expression of C-erbB-2 had no correlation with age,sex and differentiation.Conclusion The expression of C-erbB-2 could be used to predict prognosis in patients with gastric carcinoma. |
