摘    要:目的 研发道路交通受伤人员伤残评定分析系统。方法 基于Windows平台,依据GB18667—2002《道路交通事故受伤人员伤残评定》标准,应用Visual Basic6.0编程。结果 研发完成的道路交通受伤人员伤残评定分析系统对运行其的电脑系统配置要求较低,安装过程简单,使用方便,界面美观,运行速度快,结论可靠,具有许多方便用户使用的特点。结论 该分析系统使道路交通受伤人员伤残评定结论的公正性、标准性、可靠性、准确性和时效性得以充分保障,最大限度地减少鉴定结论的人为误差和错误,适合在公、检、法和司法鉴定机构推广应用,并将对维护司法公正和提高司法鉴定效率起到积极作用。

Abstract:Objective To research and develop the analysis system of impairment assessment of the injured in road traffic accident.Methods Based on the Windows platform,according to GB 18667-2002 "impairment assessment of the injured in road traffic accident",the program was made with Visual Basic 6.0.Results This analysis system required lower system configuration for the computer,and its installation was easy.And it was simple to use with the beautiful interface,quick running speed,the reliable conclusion and many user-friendly features.Conclusion This analysis system can guarantee the fairness,standard,reliability,accuracy and effectiveness of assessment conclusion,and can minimize the personal error and mistake.It is suitable to be promoted to the public security department,the procuratorate,the court and the appraisal centre of judicatory.It must be able to play a positive role in improving judicial justice and enhancing the appraisal efficiency.
