| 摘 要： | 目的 观察正常关节软骨浅表层的超微结构。方法 应用透射电子显微镜对正常成年兔膝关节软骨进行超微结构观察。结果 透射电镜下正常成年关节软骨浅表层由三层结构组成 :最上层为一黏液层 ,中层为一层细胶原纤维网 ,下层为含梭形细胞的胶原纤维层。结论 浅表层的三层结构是关节软骨的重要组成部分

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the ultrastructure of superficial zone in articular cartilage. Methods The articular cartilage of knee joints of six adult New Zealand White rabbits were harvested for transmission electron microscopy. Results In adult rabbit articular cartilage superficial zone three layers were found from superior to depth. These consist of a tremelloid layer, a fine collagen fiber network layer, a collagenous fiber layer containning spindle cells. Conclusion The three layers of superficial zone play an important role in adult articular cartilage. |
