| 摘 要： | 目的 用基因芯片技术筛选早期大肠癌相关基因. 方法 利用HG-U133Plus2.0基因芯片,对大肠腺瘤组织、癌组织和正常组织基因表达谱进行检测,并利用生物信息学方法对检测结果进行分析. 结果 腺瘤组织与正常组织比较,表达差异2倍以上基因及ESTs共有1892个,其中表达上调的485个,表达下调的1407个.腺瘤组织和癌组织同时与正常组织比较,有602个表达相同的基因及ESTs,其中表达上调2倍以上的125个,表达下调2倍以上的477个. 结论 602个腺瘤与癌表达相同的基因可能与早期大肠癌的启动和演化有关.

| Abstract: | Objective To screen the tumor-relevant genes in the early stage of colorectal cancer by gene chips.Methods The HG-U133Plus2.0 gene chips were used to analyze gene expression profiles in colorectal adenoma,adenocarcinoma and normal tissues.The results were analyzed by bioinformatics methods.Results Compared with normal tissues,a total of 1 892 genes and ESTs with more than 2-fold differential expression were detected in adenoma tissues,of which,485 and 1 407 genes and ESTs were up-regulated and down-regulate... |
