| 摘 要： | 目的应用超声造影分析脂肪肝内相对正常肝区(FFS)与其周围脂肪肝是否存在血流灌注的差异。方法应用低机械指数对比脉冲序列成像对比分析52例63个脂肪肝内相对正常肝区与其周围脂肪肝的常规超声回声强度、定量分析不同时间点的超声造影增强强度。结果脂肪肝内相对正常肝区较其周边脂肪肝常规超声视频强度低,超声造影30,60,120 s增强强度较周围脂肪肝高(P<0.05)。应用超声造影后诊断FFS的敏感性、精确性从63.5%、82.5%分别提高到98.4%,98.6%。结论脂肪肝内相对正常肝区与周围脂肪肝可存在血流灌注的差异,超声造影提高了脂肪肝内FFS的诊断能力。
