| 摘 要： | 继盆底肌功能Ｘ线解剖学分析之后，又详细分析了各排粪因素在粪便控制中的作用，提出了盆底复层鞘状肛管自制原理；进而对正常排粪与异常排粪作了定义并依据新的理论对排粪困难进行了初步分类；对肛直肠角等８种旧理论也进行了再评价。

| Abstract: | The roles of the defecation factors in fecal continence were analysed and the double layer sheath theory of fecal continence was advanced.Normal and abnormal defecation was defined.The difficult defecation was classified according to the new theory and eight old theories were evaluated again. |
