甘草甜素对单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎治疗作用的研究

目的　探讨甘草甜素对单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎的治疗作用。方法　把 3周龄的小鼠 6 0只经颅内接种HSV - 1F株 ,造成小鼠的单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎的模型 ,实验分为A、B两个批次 ,A批次患病小鼠 4 0只随机分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组经腹腔内注射甘草甜素 ,对照组注射生理盐水 ,观察两组的死亡率 ;B批次患病小鼠 2 0只 ,随机分为实验组和对照组 ,处理方法同A批次 ,接种病毒后第 6天处死小鼠 ,通过荧光定量PCR检测小鼠脑内的DNA。结果　实验组小鼠的死亡率明显低于对照组 ;实验组小鼠脑内DNA拷贝数显著低于对照组。结论　甘草甜素能有效抑制HSV - 1的复制 ,明显降低单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎小鼠的死亡率。

Theraputic effect of glycyrrhizin on herpes simplex encephalitis

Objective To study the theraputic effectof glycyrrhizin on herpes simples encephalitis. Methods Sixty three-weekaged mice injected with HSV-1 F line transcranialy were processed in two experiments, A and B. Fourty mice in A were divided into tested and control groups which were injected intraperitoneally with glycyrrhizin and saline individually, observing mortality of two groups of mice; twenty imce in B treated as A, then determinating the yields of HSV-1. Results The mortality is much lower in tested groups than in contol; and yields of HSV-1 DNA were much lower in tested groups than in control. Conclusion Glycyrrhizin can restrain replication of HSV-1 effectively, and lower the mortality of mice with herpes simplex.
