| 摘 要： | 目的建立逍遥散抗抑郁有效部位的HPLC指纹图谱,研究复方与组方药材指纹图谱色谱峰相关性。方法采用HPLC-UV方法,建立逍遥散有效部位及各药材在275 nm检测波长下的指纹图谱,以色谱峰保留时间为考察指标,对复方指纹图谱色谱峰归属进行分析。结果成功建立了逍遥散复方有效部位的HPLC指纹图谱,标示出27个共有峰并对其进行了归属分析。结论该指纹图谱为阐明有效部位的药效物质基础提供科学依据,为下一步的临床应用以及新药的开发提供参考。
