| 摘 要： | 目的优选鹿衔草中总黄酮的提取及含量测定方法。方法通过加热回流和超声两种方法提取鹿衔草中总黄酮。以芦丁做对照,采用紫外可见分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量,确定总黄酮提取工艺。结果芦丁对照品的浓度与吸光度在0.002-0.070 mg/ml范围内线性良好(r=0.999 9)。鹿衔草中总黄酮的提取工艺最终确定使用50%的乙醇水溶液为溶剂,料液比1∶25,热回流提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论采用热回流方法提取鹿衔草中总黄酮的工艺操作简单,成本较低,对环境友好。
