| 摘 要： | 目的建立鬼针草总黄酮部位中芦丁的HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,流动相为乙腈-四氢呋喃-冰乙酸-水(15.5∶5.5∶0.1∶117.5);流速1.0 ml/min;柱温30℃;检测波长360 nm。结果芦丁在75-376μg/ml的范围内线性关系良好,方程为:Y=16 262X-10 726,相关系数r=0.999 1;日内、日间精密度RSD均小于2.5%;平均回收率均为95.5%。结论该法准确、简便、重现性好,可用于鬼针草总黄酮部位中芦丁的含量控制。
