多焦视网膜电图对特发性黄斑裂孔手术治疗效果的观察

目的：使用多焦视网膜电图（mfERG）精确地研究特发性黄斑裂孔手术前后黄斑区的局部功能。方法对III期和IV期特发性黄斑裂孔行标准三切口玻璃体切割术联和0.05%吲哚青绿染色内界膜撕除加20%SF6气体填充治疗，在术前术后行mfERG。结果手术患者的一阶函数的1环和2环P1波反应密度与正常眼相比均明显降低。手术后黄斑裂孔愈合眼的mfERG一阶函数的1环和2环P1波反应密度逐渐增加；mfERG三维地形图的中央峰术后逐渐恢复，但术后6个月仍然低于正常眼。结论mfERG能够精确地反映黄斑区的局部功能。

Observation on treating effects of idiopathic macular hole with multifocal ERG

Objective To explore the partial function of the macular area before and after idiopathic macular hole surgery with multifocal ERG （mfERG）. Methods Macular hole standard three-line incision vitreous stage III and IV patients with idiopathic cutting-linking and 0.05%indocyanine green stained internal limiting membrane peel plus 20%SF6 gas-iflled treatment, preoperative and postoperative line mfERG were used in the study. Results 1 and 2-ring surgery in patients with a ifrst-order reaction function of P1 wave density were signiifcantly reduced compared with normal eyes. 1 and 2-ring P1 response densities macular hole healing after eye surgery mfERG first-order function of the gradual increased, central peak postoperative mfERG three-dimensional topographic map of gradual recovered, but still lowered than the normal eyes after 6 months. Conclusion mfERG can accurately relfect the local function of the macular area.
