| 摘 要： | Roy适应模式在实习护生中的应用比较普遍，通过相关文献的复习，针对Roy适应模式在不同层次、不同科室、不同实习机构、不同性别的实习护生中的应用进行了综述，并提出了自己的思考，以期为临床带教老师有针对性地进行指导及进一步的系统研究提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The application of Roy adaptation model in clinical nursing students is relatively common. Through literature review, this paper summarizes the application of Roy adaptation model in clinical nursing students of different levels, different departments, different teaching practices, different gender, and puts forward our own thinking, aiming at providing a theoretical basis for the clinical teachers’ guidance and further research. |
