| 摘 要： | 目的观察乙型肝炎患者家属接种乙肝疫苗后的免疫效果。方法对250例乙型肝炎患者家属随机分为两组,Ⅰ组每次接种乙肝疫苗10μg,Ⅱ组每次接种乙肝疫苗20μg,按0、1、6月3针免疫方案进行,疗程结束30d后检测抗-HBs情况进行统计分析。结果Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组抗-HBs阳性率分别为70.8%和84.6%,两组相比有统计学意义（χ^2=6.9,P〈0.01）。结论乙肝疫苗对乙型肝炎患者家属具有良好的免疫性和安全性,其中20μg乙肝疫苗组效果更优。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the immunogenicity of hepatitis B vaccine on hepatitis B＇s family members. Methods Members were randomly divided into two groups. The members in group Ⅰ were vaccinated 10 μg at the beginning, 1 th and 6 th month, and the members in group Ⅱ were vaccinated 20 μg at the same time as groupⅠ, and then made a statistical analysis for the positive rate of HBsAb of the vaccinee at the 7 th month. Results The positive rate of HBsAb of group Ⅰ was 70.8%, and group Ⅱ was 84.6%, the difference between two groups was significant （ χ^2=6.9, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The hepatitis B vaccine is effective and safety to hepatitis B＇s family members, and the immunization effect of the group adopt 20 μg is better. |
