60例医务工作者代谢综合征相关调查分析

目的了解医务工作人员群体中代谢综合征（MS）的发病趋势，及MS相关危险因素的特征，发现MS各项因素之间的的相互联系，为有效识别心血管病和糖尿病的高危人群并积极预防提供依据。方法对保定市某专科医院的60名医务工作者进行代谢综合征的相关检查：空腹血糖、血脂五项、血压、腰围，对结果进行统计学处理和分析。结果在本此调查的医务人员群体中MS患病率为13．33％；男女间腰围的差异有统计学意义，其余各项无统计学意义；随着年龄的增加，45岁以上MS患病率明显升高，且以高血压、腰围、血脂这三项因素的异常为主。结论MS在医务工作人群中的发病率不可忽视，尤其是高血压、腰围、血脂异常。因工作关系带来的生活和饮食方式不规律和精神压力的增大，更容易患上MS，关注医务工作者这一特殊群体的健康，预防严重疾病的发展。

Investigation on metabolic syndrome in 60 medical workers

Objective To study the morbidity tendency and the related risk factors of the metabolic syndrome （MS） in medical workers, and discover the correlations in each risk factors of the MS, and provide the basis for recognizing the high-risk group of the cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Methods MS of 60 medical workers in a faculty hospital in Baoding were investigated including the fasting blood glucose, the blood lipids,the blood pressure and the waist. The results were analysized statistically. Results In the medical workers investigated,the prevalence rate of the MS was 13.33%; Waist circumference among men and women had significant difference, and there was no significant difference in the rest of other factors. The MS prevalence rate was obviously ascending in the pepole above 45 years old as the age increasing. And major abnormal factors were high blood pressure, waist circumference and blood lipids. Conclusion The prevalence rate of the MS in the medical workers is noticeable, particularly in the people who has hypertension, the abnormal waist and the abnormal blood lipids. The people who do not have regular diet and life style will suffer from MS more easily. We must pay attention to the health of this special group of medical workers, prevent the development of the serious disease.
