| 摘 要： | 目的：总结并探讨小儿白血病强烈化疗在普通病房中如何预防和治疗并发症及其可靠性。方法：15例白血病患儿，在普通病房行强烈化疗，采取防治感染，成份输血，应用粒细胞集落刺激因子，水化碱化等系列措施，并对结果进行统计学处理。结果：15例患儿进行了不同疗程的强烈化疗，并发症的发生率及化疗相关死亡率均低于国内报道。结论：小儿白血病，在一系列有效防治措施保证下可以安全的在普通病房行强烈化疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the methods of how to prevent and treat the complications caused by strong chemi - threpy on child leukimia in common ward to evaluate is chinical value. Method 15 cases with leukimia in common ward were treated by stong chemitherapy that is preveting inflamation, transfusing component, injecting G - CSF and etc. Result 15 cases were treated with different therapy courses. The complications and the mortality rate relatel to chemi - therapy were lower than that of other reports. Conclusion Under the serial preventing measures, it could be done to treat child leukimia with strong chemi - therapy in common ward. |
