| 摘 要： | 培养医学生的临床思维能力及建立临床思维方法是临床学习的重要组成部分,临床思维能力的评估与其他临床能力评估一样,还缺乏系统的方法,也没有较客观的评价指标体系.经过临床医学教学实践,总结出一套相对简便易行的临床思维能力评估方法,其通过病例讨论、教学查房、床边教学等方式考查学生在临床基础知识掌握度、诊断分析能力、信息采集能力、沟通表达能力等各方面的表现.实际应用后认为该评价方法评价内容较全面,可操作性强,方法比较客观,但存在评价机会不均等、评价存在主观性以及如何纳入学员综合素质评价等有待改进的问题.
