| 摘 要： | 医学高等院校研究人员的科研能力培养是至关重要的。提高科研水平的关键应从以下几个方面入手：一是求是创新能力，二是要面向实际，三要重视效益，四要精益求精、贵在深入，五要孜孜不倦，脚踏实地。发挥主观能动性，辅以良好的外部环境和条件，研究人员的科研能力就能得到快速的培养。
