八年制医学生临床实习之思考

八年制临床医学专业在培养方案、实习要求等方面与其他学制有所不同.临床实习作为高等医学教育的重要组成部分,无疑对医学生未来的职业生涯有着不可估量的重要作用.本文通过对复旦大学附属华山医院2003级七年制临床医学专业学生实习情况的调查和分析,从实习管理制度、教师素质等方面提出了相应的对策,为进一步完善八年制医学生的实习管理,提高八年制医学生的临床实习效果提供了参考.

The consideration of the clinical clerkship of the "8-year program" medical students

The eight-year program clinical medicine major is different from other educational systems in many aspects such as training program and clerkship requirement and so on. As a significant part of the advanced medical education, the clinical clerkship has an undoubted inestimable effect on students' future career. By surveying and analyzing the seven-year program students in grade 2003 who had just finished their clerkship in Affiliated Huashan Hospital Fudan University, the corresponding countermeasure was proposed from aspects of clerkship management, teacher quality and so on to perfect the clerkship management and improve the effect of eight-year program students' clerkship.
