| 摘 要： | 本文在分析传统师生伦理道德关系存在的问题,把握新时期医学院校师生伦理道德关系现状的基础上,提出要在审视传统、考察现实、思考未来的基础上,贯彻现实性和理想性的统一、层次性与整体性的统一、先进性要求同广泛性要求的统一的原则,来重构新时期医学院校的师生道德规范。

| Abstract: | Based on the reflective analysis of the traditional relationship between teachers and students, this paper puts forward the principle of unity between reality and ideal, between hierarchy and integrity, between advanced demands and general requirements to reconstruct the ethical norms of teachers and students at the new stage of social development from the perspectives of the past, present and future. |
